Ricola stands for innovation and herbal expertise with regard to a clear voice and sense of well-being in the throat and pharynx. A filled sweet with a dual effect was developed for the European market: fruity taste in the sweet coating, syrupy filling in the centre of the sweet that promises relief.

ECHT was given the task of brand positioning, design, development and implementation of the new packaging, taking account of the Ricola brand values such as herbal expertise and «Swissness». The focus is on the effectiveness of the liquid centre. ECHT created a clear image with a cautious medical touch between the poles of «enjoyment-effectiveness».
